The target audience for the SBIRT Oregon curriculum is primary care physicians and residents in internal, preventive, and family medicine. This training curriculum has online and print-based materials that can be used for self-study and group instruction. The website includes informational PowerPoints on SBIRT training (3 modules/workshops), demonstration videos with adult patients, and additional case studies to be used in role-play exercises. The curriculum uses alcohol and drug screening instruments including the AUDIT, DAST, and a pre-screen.
